As the main communication platform for Slayer Espresso, social media campaigns are critical to the brand’s messaging.

The following metrics are a direct result of my tenure:

  • Instagram grew by 28% (to 190k)

  • Facebook grew by 22% (to 36k)

  • Twitter grew by 10% (to 8k)

  • YouTube grew by 87% (to 2.7k)

  • LinkedIn grew 2k from launch

  • Increased engagement by 147% across all platforms

  • Increased impressions by 67% across all platforms.

  • Increased the number of direct messages on Instagram by an unquantifiable amount. As well, created systems to relay messaging to sales, technical support, and our education departments worldwide.

  • Launched Instagram stories with an average reach of 3.7k per video.

  • Launched IGTV with an average of 279,140 views per video.

  • Created a system of UGC calendars & virtual content production at no cost.

  • Partnered with numerous influencers and built lasting relationships with industry VIPs.

  • Generated roughly 300 sales leads directly from Instagram and Facebook.

  • Increased response rate on all platforms to 100% within 24 hours during working hours.

  • Created viral content, most notably the video “TASTY ESPRESSO” (below left) which received 1.1 million views and 240 comments on Instagram; 1.5 million views, and 5,500 engagements on Facebook.

Communicating new product features to an international audiences requires an array of visual content. I was able to create the assets needed whether shooting video in house and directing post production (top video) or directing and managing content to freelance (bottom video).
