As the main communication platform for Slayer Espresso, social media campaigns are critical to the brand’s messaging.

Instagram grew by 28% (to 190k)
Facebook grew by 22% (to 36k)
Twitter grew by 10% (to 8k)
YouTube grew by 87% (to 2.7k)
LinkedIn grew 2k from launch
Increased engagement by 147% across all platforms
Increased impressions by 67% across all platforms.
Increased the number of direct messages on Instagram by an unquantifiable amount. As well, created systems to relay messaging to sales, technical support, and our education departments worldwide.
Launched Instagram stories with an average reach of 3.7k per video.
Launched IGTV with an average of 279,140 views per video.
Created a system of UGC calendars & virtual content production at no cost.
Partnered with numerous influencers and built lasting relationships with industry VIPs.
Generated roughly 300 sales leads directly from Instagram and Facebook.
Increased response rate on all platforms to 100% within 24 hours during working hours.
Created viral content, most notably the video “TASTY ESPRESSO” (below left) which received 1.1 million views and 240 comments on Instagram; 1.5 million views, and 5,500 engagements on Facebook.

Communicating new product features to an international audiences requires an array of visual content. I was able to create the assets needed whether shooting video in house and directing post production (top video) or directing and managing content to freelance (bottom video).
I was responsible for managing the content and blog posts for the Slayer Espresso website.
